  Generally speaking, batteries with a voltage difference of no more than 2V are compatible with each other and can be used normally, provided that other specifications are consistent.
  The size of the capacity will change the shape and size of the battery. If the capacity is different, please make sure that our battery is the same size as your original battery.

• How to improve the life of the battery?

  Avoid overcharging and discharging, keep the battery status at 20%-80% for the best
  Avoid using the battery directly for high-intensity work, it is recommended to use it with a plug
  Avoid not using the battery for a long time, and charge and discharge the battery regularly

• How do I judge whether I need to replace the battery?

  If your battery is charging slowly, draining quickly, swollen, the device has a blue screen, the system is stuck, etc. during use, it means that you need to replace the device or battery, but obviously, replacing the battery is a more economical and wise choice

• Why does the new battery charge very slowly?

  New batteries may charge more slowly because they retain some power during the manufacturing process. This is normal and will return to normal after a few complete charge and discharge cycles.

• Are there discounts for bulk purchases? How do I apply?

• I bought the wrong one, how do I cancel my order/exchange it?

  If the battery has not been shipped, simply contact us by email to cancel the order.

• How to track/check my order?
