Return Policy
Within one year after purchase, you can contact us by sending an email to from the recipient's email address to initiate a return. Once the return request is approved, we will generate an RMA number for you. We will usually process your return within 1-3 days of receiving the goods (Note: We do not accept returns initiated by customers themselves).
Whether you need to bear the shipping costs is divided into the following two situations:
1 If the customer returns the product due to their own reasons, such as not wanting it anymore or buying the wrong product, they need to bear the return shipping costs themselves
2 If the customer returns the product due to our reasons, such as battery quality problems or misleading product information, the return shipping costs will be borne by us
1 year warranty policy
If your battery fails during normal use within 30 days to 1 year from the date of purchase, we will replace it with a new battery to save your precious time. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1The battery is damaged due to abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing or improper adjustment
2The battery has been disassembled and the sticker on the battery has been torn off
3Failure to use normally due to system upgrade
4Note: It is normal for the remaining capacity to be 80% after one year of use

Returns can be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase without any reason.
The purpose of this policy is to provide consumers with more confidence and make you feel that your purchase is risk-free. In this case, if within 30 days of purchase, you find that the product or service does not meet your expectations, you can contact us and make a refund request.
